We provide systems which help customers design, plan and report on their surveys for understanding groups of people
Making affordable surveys for understanding people's needs, perceptions, attitudes, satisfaction, wellbeing, etc. Effective with both small scale and complex, multiple surveys.

We provide systems for presenting, scoring, reporting and communicating about questionnaire based assessments of individuals. They can be self assessed or assessed by professionals, family members, peers; anyone who knows the individual well including manages and staff. When several assessments are made of the same individual results can be compared to help understand different perspectives and changes over time. People can be invited to participate in several different way, including emails with embedded links. The systems provide notifications about completions and non-completion. A range of reports are available.

The way we work

Some of our systems are designed to be ready to use with little set up overhead. We also undertake bespoke development. Each has its place. Ready to use systems are easy to implement but provide essential functions for running  key parts of an operation. They can be combined as needs demand. 

Bespoke systems are for integrating may functions and end to end processes. They involve a good deal of effort for customers as well as ReSURV. We need to understand what customers are trying to achieve, and that requires commitment on both parts. We do not profess to know how to run your operations, but as our understanding grows we find we are able to make useful contributions, in particular in how to maximise the value of information that is accumulated.
