We choose to invest time and effort to gaining in depth understanding of what clients do. This is important from day one, and the success of a project depends upon it. But the end of a project is not the end of our involvement. We aim to keep up to date with our clients, understanding changing opportunities and strategy, so the we can adapt and extend solutions, in line with developing requirements.

We draw on skills and experience in several areas:

• Needs analysis. We like to begin by focussing on user and defining their tasks, goals, experience, and what they want and need, and how they think the system should work, and then go on to define and specify the elements needed to be represented in the system.
• Project management. Every project is different but what they have in common is the need to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while working to time, and budget constraints.
• Continuous improvement. Through each stage including development, initial and longer term application, we actively evaluate the system to ensure that it continues to meet needs and is aligned to evolving business opportunities and market places.
• Research and analysis.Where appropriate we are able to carry out research, drawing on existing studies, or by undertaking surveys. We are also skilled in statistical analysis and the presentation and reporting of results.
• Business skills.Collectively our experience covers many fields including engineering, operational management, customer relationship management, market analysis, sales and marketing, and web development.
